Hello 3B (Bible Beauty Bunch) Hosts!!!

I would like to officially welcome you all to the brunch & Bible Family! In this video, I will share my heart with you in regards to brunch & Bible.

IMPORTANT:: brunch & Bible is a NO JUDGMENT ZONE & WHAT HAPPENS HERE, STAYS HERE!

We do not cast judgment on one another and we respect our Bible Beauties position and honor their journey by keeping it confidential amongst one another.

IMPORTANT :: brunch & Bible Non-Disclosure Agreement

All Host must sign a brunch & Bible Non-Disclosure Agreement for our files. In addition, it will note that brunch & Bible, b.Marcell Youth Ministries, b.Marcell Williams are not liable for anything that happens during your sessions, events and more. This agreement in its entireity will be available during Part 2 of your orientation. The Non-Disclosure is a bit more complex than the photo pictured above. This form is what we have each Beauty sign when attending every Share Session. It's like a sign-in / confidentiality code all in one!

HISTORY

brunch & Bible was founded off of a Facebook Post! Whatttttt?????? Yes that is correct! I started it, well God started it after my friend posted to my wall.... here you can read it below!

Sorry the screenshot is so blurred! But that was the question that started it all! The part that reads::

I will be leading a weekly Bible Study.......

....yeah that was not me AT ALL! At that point I was zoned out and the Holy Spirit wrote that ... After I wrote that I had to go back and re-read what was written and yelled... NOOOOO!!!! LOL

I had just asked God NOT to give me anything else to do! He told me to start b.Marcell Youth Ministries on December 17, 2014 ... not even two weeks prior. Plus He had me working on some major projects for Jewels, Inc. .... NOW THIS!

Imagine your mom telling you to clean up your room. It's something that you know you need to do, because the way it currently looks is a HOT MESS. That was me at that point. Mentally, Spiritually, Emotionally & Physically being a HOT MESS.com.

But then I decided to do as I was told and, "Clean Up" my attitutde and be OBEDIENT... later that night I posted this to my Facebook Page:

brunch & Bible was born!

PURPOSE

The purpose of brunch and Bible with b.Marcell Youth Ministries is for WOMEN of all ages and backgrounds to come together and grow in Gods word TOGETHER. To learn from each others past experiences and learn how to apply Gods word to our everyday life!

OBJECTIVE: BREAKING BROKENESS

Our number one goal in brunch & Bible is to break the Brokeness that so many women feel in today's society. We don't know who, what, when, where, why & how ... with ALOT of different topics. We believe that if we can help the next Bible Beauty build a relationship with God and have greater understanding of who He is, then she can have a fuller box of knowledge on who she is and walk a purposed filled walk!

BIBLE BEAUTY BUNCH

A small group of 7 - 10, 12 max women that gather together consistently to share, experience and grow in the word of God. Share sessions take place once a month. The 3B Host, secures the venue & reservation (normally a restaurant, everyone pays for their own meals). The 3B Host leads the conversation based off of the brunch & Bible Series & Lesson Plan.

We are always updating the website with new information. So make sure you log on to the website at least 2 to 3 times a month for any updates.

BEING A BIBLE BEAUTY

A Bible Beauty is one of God's Beautiful creations. As His daughter we work daily on growing our relationship in God. It doesn't matter how much "knowledge" you have about the Bible. Bible Beauties are at various stages in their walk with Christ. We are all here to learn and support one another. We do not beat one another up about our testimonies nor how we feel about certain things. We encourage one another to grow deeper in God's word, so that we can gain more understanding!

Each Bible Beauty is assigned to another Bible Beauty. A Bible Beauty is your accountability partner.

- Checking in with one another on a regular basis

- Praying for one another

- Completing Bible Beauty Activities together (virtual or in person)

- Much More!

NEW BEAUTY FOLDER

The New Beauty Folder is full of GOODNESS!

It has an inspirational letter from God to His Bible Beauties. The Lord literally woke me up in the middle of the night speaking to me. I typed everything he said in my phone (it was early) I was not about to get out the bed to find a piece of paper and a pen...my phone was right there).

It is a complete Welcome Packet for all New Beauties full of information about brunch and Bible!

BIBLE BEAUTY BOX / GOD'S EYES VISION BOARD

Yes our signature Blue Box! ... It is more than just a box. the contents of the Bible Beauty Box provides the tools necessary to complete their God's Eyes Vision Board (Details and example in the video).

BRUNCH & BIBLE T-SHIRT

It is HIGHLY encouraged for every Bible Beauty to purchase their brunch & Bible t-shirt. This will help with our social media campaigns and the brunch and Bible community to grow closer together recognizing that we are planting b&B seeds all over the world.

The brunch & Bible, Bible is a beautiful resource that is an EASY read for any of God's daughters to grow in the word. Definitely a great starter Bible for girls/teens/women of all ages.

SERIES/SESSION PACKETS

Don't be scarrrred (y'all know I'm from St. Louis, the King of double R's..lol). NO, as a Bible Beauty Host, you will NOT have to TEACH! You are simply leading the conversation. I will provide the lessons and materials. You gather your beauty bunch together and lead the conversation. There will be additional tools I will share with you on how to be a successful 3B Host.

It is recommended that you review the Session Packets at least 7 to 10 days before your "in-person" brunch & Bible Share Session! That way if you have any questions about the session you can reach out to me (b.Marcell) for more clarity.

BRUNCH & BIBLE SHARE SESSIONS

This is where it all comest together! Where the lessons you all have been learning in our community will start to make sense. Everyone will bring their lessons with them and share what they have learned, resources they are using in addition to the lessons and tools that others may be able to learn from. These sessions leave you full in the spirit and in the natural (this is brunch, y'all so do eat)!

EXAMPLE:

The mothership of brunch & Bible a.k.a. brunch & Bible St. Louis ... so we love to travel to various restaurants and try new food. It changes it up session to session and gives us a new setting each time. I recommend Bible Beauty Bunches to do this.

b. A BLESSING GOLD CARD

Payment: We go dutch on brunch. Everyone pays for their own food! However, if a Beauty is in need ... we simply say to our Beauty Bunch we are in need of someone sponsoring a "b. A Blessing Gold Card". Which is between a $15 - $20 donation. The donor is completely annoymous to the group and the recipient is completely annoymous to the group. (More details in later parts of our orientation).

NEW BEAUTY

A New Beauty is just that .... A New Beauty! Someone that has joined the group or been invited into the group. Make sure that she orders her New Beauty Packet and Bible Beauty Box. It is a $10 donation +shipping and handling. If she can not afford it let the b&B Leadership Team know and we will make sure she is sponsored!

It is recommended to keep groups between 7 - 12 Beauties... However, if it goes over, don't turn people away. Encourage someone to begin another Beauty Bunch in your area... you all can always come together for events ... it is just easier for the Host to manage 7 - 12 Beauties rather than 40. These small groups are designed to be intimate in order for true growth and transparency to happen!

IMPORTANT:

brunch & Bible for your city will begin Mid- January!

January 17th is the start of our new Season! ...Hopefully you all will be able to host your first brunch & Bible on this same day! Your Session Packets and Host Packets will be available on January 1st for your review and Questions and Answers!

January 18th is b&B 1st Birthday! Please share the below graphic on your social media. You should be able to right click and "save photo" or hold it down on your cell phone and "download image" or something :)

HOMEWORK:

1. Begin posting on Social Media ... just as I did to Facebook about hosting brunch & Bible in your city and ask people if they would like to be invited into our Facebook Group. I will make you all administrators. Our community will be up and running by the time of your first brunch and BIBLE!

- Check out the @bMarcellYouthMinistries Instagram page for photos to share and ideas on what and how to post to social media.

2. Reach out to your friends and family and tell them you will be hosting b&B in your city and invite them to join.

3. Find a nice restaurant with menu items between $10-$15 that people could enjoy. We like to make sure there are items in between these price points so everyone can afford their meal.
