COMMUNITY SUPPORT PARTNERS
NEEDED
Jewels, Inc., is extremely excited about the Jewels, Inc., Mentor Movement, however we can't make this happen by ourselves.
We are currently looking for community partners to show support in helping us get the final proposals approved for the Mentor March.
If you or your company:
1. Works with the youth,
2. Supports the youth and/or
3. Want to make a positive impact in the lives of our youth on a local, national and/or global level
then this partnership is for you.

_ Official Company Letter Head (Not needed if personal letter of support)
_ Your Name
_ Your Title
_ Your Contact Information (phone, email company address)
_ Company or Personal Mission Statement
_ A statement stating why you support the mentor movement
_ Your company's projected commitment (or personal commitment) to having a presence during the Mentor March Demonstration, Summer 2015.
